Yes I'm familar with Arli and creatine ethyl ester. ARLI is a decent company but the creatine ethyl ester was not for me. I'd recommend regular creatine monohydrate. Reason being is that the ethyl ester gave me and gives alot of people the runs which isn't fun. Also i'd take a look at Beta alanine. _________________ Brian Blankenship

weird, the monohydrate gives me the squirts but the ethyl-ester didn't seem to do anything for me. I was recently given some free samples of the beta alanine and it seems pretty good with minimal side-effects. |
